Hi Yen. I just started the program and have only completed anatomy which took me about 2 months. I am now just beginning micro. It seems like you have been successful in the program. Can you give me any pointers. I want to try and complete the lpn to bsn program in about 2 years, is that realistic. You can email me back at daynedayne@roadrunner.com. Thanks!

I am fairly new to the program also. I am working on the Safety and Health Module, and like you would like to understand the material instead of trying to memorize it. I am not as disciplined as I initially thought. I have had a few setbacks and should have taken the test by now, but dont feel as though I know the material well enough. I have read the entire module and now starting over to actually study the material. I am interested in a study group and hope to hear from others so we can learn together. I am not giving up. I know I can do this.

What program are you doing? I am in the LPN to BSN program at Indiana State and so far really like it. The nursing instructors are great!

Hi All....

I'm Laura and I have been in the program since July, off to a slow start with Ethics....I'm studying for my RN>MSN, looking for anyone else out there who can help with some of these concepts. I plan to try for my first test end of Oct....and from what I hear, the Ethics exam is a doosie!

Anyone out there using Skype?? I find it easier for me, as I travel quite a bit. Would love to get a study group together.

Laura

Hi...
I'm not new but you would think so. I thought I would do better at this too. It's as if there is a "nitch" that I need to find to get me going. I was in a bridge program a couple of years ago and was doing really well, but a family crisis took over so here I am.
I'm not sure what to do next. I'm in the Health Safety module and have read up to chapter 9. I will take my 2nd practice exam a week from now so I'm going nuts. If you have any ideas on how to study online, the phone...
I did have a partner before but she was faster than I could go at the time so it didn't work out. It was great to have someone to talk to though.
Let me know...
Julie

Currently in the LPN to BSN program at Indiana State and really like it! I have taken the 4 nursing exams through TCN and passed. I am in my 3rd semester at ISU and love the online classes. I have had some difficulties this year due to personal reasons but the instructors have been great!

Hi Joyce! I took this test and it's really not that bad. I'd say you'd be safe with knowing about the major religions...Christianity, Judiasm, and Islam. But, you do have to know a bit about the other ones as well. I know, that was no help at all!

Hi, I'm Jennifer, just started this program a couple of weeks ago, I'm also on the Health Safety module. I'm finding it hard to remember anything. Just curious how you are doing? Did re-reading the module help your absorption of information?
